At Considered Store, we would like to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you're not completely satisfied, we provide a straightforward and hassle-free return process.
Here's what you need to know:
- We have a 30-day return policy, accepting returns within 30 days from the purchase date.
- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging, free from signs of wear and tear.
For Full-Price Items:
If you bought an item at full price, we offer:
- A full refund or exchange
- Free prepaid return postage
For Sale/Discounted Items:
If you purchased a sale/discounted item, we offer:
- Exchange for another product / item
- Store credit for future purchases
You will be responsible for paying for the prepaid return postage label (£4.50, deducted from your order value)

How to Return Your Items:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Send us an email at hello@considered.store as soon as possible, with the following information:
- Order Number
- Reason for Return
Upon receiving your email, we will review and process your request.
Following that, we will send you a link to download a prepaid return label to attach to the items you wish to return.
This will be FREE if your item was purchased at full price or deductible from store credit or exchanged item (£4.50), if your item is discounted.
Once you have packaged up your items ready for return and attached your prepaid label, you can arrange to have a Royal Mail courier pick up your package, or pop into the local post box.
Refund Processing:
Once we have received the returned item(s), our team will check and ensure they are in their original condition.
After that, we will process your refund within 2-4 working days.*
The funds will be returned via your original payment method.
Please note: during busy periods, this return window may be slightly delayed due to increased processing times.
